As a young company, our culture is still being shaped by the pioneers who come onboard during our early stages. We've established a few principles though:

• Collaborative Flexibility: Everyone works best in different environments, but we also get the best out of each other when we're together. We ask everyone to spend at least 2 days/week in the office and more when the work requires it.
• Integrate early, integrate often: We're big believers in cross-functional collaboration and 'failing fast'. Prototyping is a powerful form of communication & transparency (and lots of fun!).
  
• Minimum Viable Process: we strive to ensure tools & processes work for us, not the other way around.
